ALPHA EPSILON DELTA

ABOUT US

Alpha Epsilon Delta (Florida Alpha Chapter) is the University of Florida’s pre-health honor society dedicated to supporting students pursuing careers in the health professions. Our organization is centered around four core pillars: Service, Professional Development, Philanthropy, and Family.

Through these pillars, UF ΑΕΔ provides members with opportunities to serve the Gainesville community, develop professionally, contribute to meaningful philanthropic initiatives, and build lasting relationships with fellow pre-health students.

Our mission is to support students throughout their undergraduate journey as they work toward becoming health professionals. We welcome students from all pre-health pathways and strive to foster an inclusive, supportive community where members can grow both personally and professionally.

Why should you join AED?

"One of the best parts of AED is our work with our philanthropies: Florida Diabetes Camp, the Keira Grace Foundation, and the Climb for Cancer Foundation. Getting to work with these amazing foundations has been extremely rewarding and allowed me to be a part of a lasting and continuous impact on our community!"
