Spring 2026 CAPSTONE Project
E.S.T.R.
Mission Statement
Empowering Students Through Research (E.S.T.R.) was dedicated to inspiring curiosity by providing accessible and engaging exposure to science for students at all educational levels, while also supporting students in research through professional development opportunities. In alignment with this mission, Capstone hosted the PAIN Lab Tour, Physician Scientist Panel, Poster and Abstract Workshop, and the E.S.T.R. Symposium in collaboration with Professional Development, allowing students to showcase what they learned alongside their research. Capstone also partnered with HOPE to host three Reading Pals Science Days, where elementary students participated in hands-on experiments to spark curiosity and excitement for science.
